To re-arrange icons on yoru homescreen is quite simple!! On pretty much all our themes, the homescreen icons are customizable by the user. For most themes, you goto the Appscreen and move the icons you want to showup on the Homescreen to the front slots. And for themes that have a Weather Slot, you should move the weather program to Slot 1 on the Appscreen.
